It's written on all our faces
It's on the tip of my tongue
If there's a devil we made it
Inside of everyone
Trying to find something left in me
Looking for a little empathy
If I fake it long enough maybe I'll get it right
Can you feel it?
Can you feel it?
I feel it in my blood
Can you take it?
Can you take it?
And is it ever enough?
I wanna break
I wanna break the skin
Rectify what I'm holding it
Face it all and never second guess
Break the walls I built inside my head
Lying to myself just to get a grip
Hiding in the comfort of emptiness
When I'm all alone I feel more alive
Can you feel it?
Can you feel it?
I feel it in my blood
Can I make it?
Can I make it?
I'm running out of time
I wanna break
I wanna break the skin
Rectify what I'm holding it
Face it all and never second guess
Break the walls I built inside my head
Can you feel it?
Can you feel it?
Can you feel it sneaking in?
I wanna make it
No longer fake it
I wanna take control of me
I wanna take control
I wanna break
I wanna break the skin
Rectify what I'm holding it
Face it all and never second guess
Break the walls I built inside my head
Inside my head
I love it. Have to agree with still bummed: this packs an emotional punch but rocks hard. I've played this whole album repeatedly over the last week which is unusual for me. Exhilarating, poignant, intelligent, melodic. Robin Ward
This album is AZip's best since Andiamo, maybe even A Passage In Time. And that's a high bar for a band that couldn't put out a bad studio album if they tried. There's hints of every previous album. Even fans who think the band went downhill after Passage should like this one. Mark Hammond
Knockout debut from a Buffalo, New York-based hardcore band who like their riffs sick, their drums fast, and their choruses sticky-sweet. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 28, 2024
Go the Goldy crew. These lads do it up. Their first one EWWWWW was a ball tearer. This one's a bit more polished. Pretty much in the So Cal punk style, with flourishes of metal manifesting at opportune moments. Fast moving wall of sound. Approve 👍 Trevor Ramsay
