Is this what you want?
Roots are rotting out
Head is in the clouds
Patience wearing thin with everyone around
When all the bridges burn and the well runs out
Will your story change?
This is my life. Live for the high
Terrified you've made a big mistake
I'm on the path. You hold me back
Did I help create this?
On my way
Broken hands from beating on this wall
Best of luck
Live life like there's no tomorrow
It's easier said than done
The odds in your favor
Still gave it to the house
On the road to nowhere
(Breaking backs along the way)
Nothing left to do
But just stay out of your way
You know what I have to say
Is it making sense?
Backed into a corder
Losing my best friend
Stubborn in your beliefs
Remind me of me
But you're losing everything
Live life like there's no tomorrow
It's easier said than done
The odds in your favor
Still gave it to the house
On the road to nowhere
(Breaking backs along the way)
Nothing left to do
But just stay out of your way
Fuck your high
Just come down
Realize you're fading out
Not burning bright
It's a lie
Losing time
Lost your mind
You gotta take it back
Live life like there's no tomorrow
It's easier said than done
The odds in your favor
Still gave it to the house
On the road to nowhere
(Breaking backs along the way)
Nothing left to do
But just stay out of your way
Lost your mind
Lost your mind
You gotta take it back

I love it. Have to agree with still bummed: this packs an emotional punch but rocks hard. I've played this whole album repeatedly over the last week which is unusual for me. Exhilarating, poignant, intelligent, melodic. Robin Ward

This album is AZip's best since Andiamo, maybe even A Passage In Time. And that's a high bar for a band that couldn't put out a bad studio album if they tried. There's hints of every previous album. Even fans who think the band went downhill after Passage should like this one. Mark Hammond
Knockout debut from a Buffalo, New York-based hardcore band who like their riffs sick, their drums fast, and their choruses sticky-sweet. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 28, 2024

Go the Goldy crew. These lads do it up. Their first one EWWWWW was a ball tearer. This one's a bit more polished. Pretty much in the So Cal punk style, with flourishes of metal manifesting at opportune moments. Fast moving wall of sound. Approve 👍 Trevor Ramsay
